What is a DSB Check?

A Disclosure and Barring Service DBS check is a criminal record search the shows any unspent convictions and conditional cautions. All Pet P.A Service employees have a DSB check and all are clear with no convictions.

Do you have any credentials?

Ur Pet P.A Services Ltd is a registered business in England and Wales (Company number) We have pet sitting, Dog Walking and Home Visiting insurance that covers all animals from small furies to reptiles and horses. We are registered canine first aid trained professionals and the business owner Korin has Nutritional and behavioural diplomas, the business over the years has won several awards.

My dog has a strict routine can you support us?

Yes so long as you are up front about their need’s we always work to keep everything as you would do things.

My pet has medical issues can you still help?

Again yes so long as all information is given and all covered before you go away if pet sitting/home visits are being booked. Medicine needs to be clearly labelled and clear instructions given. Vet details encase of your pet becoming sick will be asked for any issues we always contact you as soon as we can.

What pet sitting experience do you have?

Between myself (Korin) and my team we have an extensive range of experience with all kinds of animals, I have been pet sitting for over ten years and had pets from birth such as ducks, horses, dogs, cats, parrots, lizards, snails and so many rescue animals I’ve lost track!!

Will I have a contract with you for your services?

Yes every service we provide we cover everything we need from you to provide your pets a first class service. This is done on your free meet and greet consultation.

What if my pet has been or is aggressive?

We do not work with animals that are aggressive towards people however I can work round anti-social behaviour towards other animals we are trained professionals and do not discriminate against animals that have training or mental health needs.

How do we pay?

Monthly invoice if your have regular services and invoice after work completed for ad hoc jobs we use bank transfer but can take cash if needed.

What if my pet runs out of food/ supplies?

We expect you to leave your pet plenty of supplies for when you leave them in our care however if this does happen we will purchase them and add the cost to your invoice on your return

Do I pay a deposit for pet sitting?

Yes, On booking Pet Sitting assignments a 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken. Under special circumstances your booking could be refunded if of no fault of your own.

Do you work with illegal animals such as pit bulls? Or endangered exotic animals?

If your animal has a legal residence then yes and a licence if not then sadly no it would invalidate our insurance.
